Position Description:
A leading MedTech company is looking for: Clinical Operations & Technical Support Specialist
Join our Clinical team to provide end-to-end operational support for ongoing clinical studies while leading front-line technical support. This role is ideal for someone with a clinical background (e.g., CRA) who enjoys combining operations, training, logistics, and hands-on support for study sites in Israel and internationally.


Job Responsibilities:

Clinical operations support

Build and maintain study status summaries and dashboards.
Perform eTMF quality control (QC) of clinical documents and generate missing-document reports.
Deliver site trainings:
Local (Israel): schedule and conduct onsite/virtual sessions.
International: conduct Zoom trainings in English for investigators/research staff.
English proficiency check: Assess in English via an inhaler-training simulation.
Create and design the Investigator Newsletter (content provided by the Study Team).
Coordinate study meetings (sites, CRAs, Study Team) and maintain agendas/follow-ups.
Serve as an ongoing point of contact for sites/CRAs on sponsor operational matters.
Support clinical oversight: review CRO reports and provide performance assessments.
Maintain Study Shared Folders (structure, versioning, access).
Coordinate logistics: shipping/receiving study equipment and supplies to/from sites.
Technical support (C-ART, Inhaler, and IT liaison)

Run the Help Desk: track tickets, follow up with sites, document thoroughly, back up in Asana, and transfer calls to on-call team members as needed.
Handle technical issues received via email; correspond with sites in English.
Triage and route issues: self-resolution, escalation to partners/vendors, or forwarding to IT.
Maintain structured documentation via an Asana-based form and SOPs
Produce periodic technical issue reports and service metrics.
Phone support Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00.


Position Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience with a clinical background are required (e.g., CRA, Clinical Operations, Site Management).
Strong knowledge of GCP and workflows with CROs and investigational sites.
Experience with eTMF and document QC (advantage).
Excellent English (spoken and written); confident in delivering Zoom trainings.
Proficiency with Asana (or similar), Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and visual communication (for newsletters, slides) – advantage.
Technical aptitude, service mindset, and the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
